For Patients

Find out about some of the common issues we diagnose and treat in our clinics in Sydney, Australia

COVID-19 Information

All patients attending clinic appointments will need to provide one of the following prior to attendance:
1. A copy of your COVID-19 vaccination certificate. 2. If you are single dose vaccinated or unvaccinated: A negative COVID-19 RAT result dated within 24 hours of your appointment. This will need to be provided for each appointment unless vaccination status is received. 3. If you are unable to provide either of the above due to a recent COVID-19 infection: A copy of your clearance letter from NSW Health following your recent infection.

For face to face appointments we require that you:
1. Please attend your appointment alone. Carers and newborns are exempted from this requirement, however only one person in addition to the patient will be admitted and pre-approval is required;
2. DO NOT ATTEND if you have any respiratory symptoms, including fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath. Instead you should defer your appointment, or convert to Telehealth if clinically appropriate; 3. Wear a clean mask at all times. Sanitise your hands on entry. 4. Stay 1.5m away from other people, including staff; 5. Follow the instructions by staff at all times. This may include asking you to sit in certain areas inside or outside.

At WHRIA (pronouced wi-ree-a), our main priority is that you feel comfortable and safe to discuss any health related issues, whilst being treated with respect and empathy.

Our care is individualized to your specific needs and you are an active part of the decision making process.
