Find out about some of the common issues we diagnose and treat in our clinics in Sydney, Australia
All patients attending clinic appointments will need to provide one of the following prior to attendance:
1. A copy of your COVID-19 vaccination certificate. 2. If you are single dose vaccinated or unvaccinated: A negative COVID-19 test result dated within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. This will need to be provided for each appointment unless vaccination status is received. 3. If you are unable to provide either of the above due to a recent COVID-19 infection: A copy of your clearance letter from NSW Health following your recent infection.
For face to face appointments we require that you:
1. Please attend your appointment alone. Carers and newborns are exempted from this requirement, however only one person in addition to the patient will be admitted and pre-approval is required;
2. Check in via the QR code using the Service NSW app; 3. Do not attend if you have any respiratory symptoms, including fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath. Instead you should defer your appointment, or convert to Telehealth if clinically appropriate; 4. Wear a mask at all times when inside the practice. Sanitise your hands on entry, and at any other time requested by practice staff; 5. Stay 1.5m away from other people, including staff; 6. Follow the instructions by staff at all times. This may include asking you to sit in certain areas inside the practice, wait outside or in your car until your practitioner is ready.
