Ally is a warm and passionate pelvic health physiotherapist with many years of experience. She has a wholistic treatment approach and enjoys working as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.

She has both an undergraduate and Masters in Exercise Physiology, along with a Masters in Physiotherapy. She has undertaken further education specifically in the area of Women’s and Men’s Health pelvic floor conditions.

Ally has extensive experience managing a wide range of conditions, including;

  • Pelvic pain conditions (such as painful intercourse, pudendal neuralgia, pelvic floor spasm related to endometriosis)
  • Urinary conditions such as stress incontinence, urinary urgency and voiding dysfunction
  • Prolapse and pessary management
  • Bowel related conditions
  • Pre and post-operative pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Antenatal birth preparation and post-natal rehabilitation
  • Men’s health conditions including bowel, continence related conditions, pain and pre/post operative prostatectomy
  • Pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain
